Our Story

The roots of Perry Finance date back to 1999, when Frank Perry, a town planner and economic analyst, started the property consulting company F.R. Perry & Associates (now known as Perry Town Planning). Alistair joined his father in working in the business in 2000 and Cameron joined in 2002, both working in analyst roles. Seeing an opportunity to combine their skills in accounting and economics with a mutual interest in property, Cameron and Alistair began Perry Finance in 2004 as a side venture, however the business quickly grew and both commenced working full time as debt advisors in 2005. Since this time, Perry Finance has continued to grow into one of the most respected debt advisory firms in Melbourne, having assisted many property investors and developers on their road to financial freedom. Perry Finance continues to work side by side with Perry Town Planning, enabling an understanding of the property development process that is unique in the industry. Our consultants are highly trained and experienced and our diverse set of skills provides us with the tools to assist property investors and developers in excess of simply arranging loans. We continue to pursue excellent in service levels and commitment to our clients.
